Beautifully renovated condo with direct lake access and large dock. Conveniently located in North Johnson City, you are only minutes to the center of town and also I-26. This condo offers free parking directly in front of the condo. With two bedrooms, each with it's own en-suite bath it is perfect for travel medical staff to share or friends and family! 200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.

You'll have a great time at this cozy studio. A spectacular view out the window makes you feel like you are in the clouds as you step out onto the balcony to take it all in. The amenities as part of the Sugar Ski & Country Club include an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room! A 4WD/AWD and/or snow chains are required on the mountains during peak winter conditions.
