This lock-off suite is a great space for your mountain getaway! You'll have your own private entrance (up a flight of stairs on the back of the private residence) & a keycode door. Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))

We are just a 1.5 mile walk to downtown, 2 mile walk to the Arkansas River, 10 minute drive to both Mt. Princeton Hot Springs or Cottonwood Hot Springs, and about an hour drive to Ski Cooper and 45 min. to Monarch Mountain.

A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations.
