Stay & relax in our cozy cottage with views of the rolling hills of the French countryside. Located in lower Normandy, our self catering cottage is surrounded by sweet little villages with shops, outdoor markets & more. Plenty of brocantes in the area for those who love to thrift. Mont St Michel is just under an hour & the WWII beaches are 1.5 hrs away. Just down the road is a family friendly entertainment park open in summer months only. Plus wonderful orchards to visit for a calvados tasting.

A wonderful medieval property updated to the highest standards to meet modern needs set within Domfront castle town. Wake up to peace and quiet then take a stroll to the boulangerie for breakfast ,then perhaps later dine at one of the many friendly restaurants, cafes or bars. You will be delighted by the beautiful castle and stunning landscaped grounds that surround it .The area is very picturesque and full of charm and character. It's a great place to discover the real France and its culture.

HALLOTIERE NORMANDY. A pretty, 3 bedroom (plus a small double bed - extra charge), south facing Gite in a peaceful setting with beautiful country views. English and french television and WiFi are available and the kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. We have a shared heated swimming pool (OPEN 2nd MAY UNTIL THE 14TH OF SEPTEMBER). Proche des pôles touristiques : les cascades de Mortain, la voie verte, plage de jullouville, musées, Châteaux, le mont saint Michel.. La maison dispose de sa propre entrée et d'un jardin de 50m2 attenant. vous pourrez aller à la rencontre des chèvres , des poneys, des poules, des vaches et des chats de la maison.

Happy Valley

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Visit the waterfalls at Mortain, Hill 314 and the petit chapel celebrating 80 years of liberation in 2024. Close to the Parc National, Domfront, Villedieu les poêles and Avranches Easy access to Mont Saint Michel, Jullouville and Granville all under one hour. Ferry ports at Saint Malo and Caen 90 minutes, Cherbourg 2 hours. Pit stop, short break or longer stay, comme tu veux.
