Kalamaki-Sunset 2 is a freshly renovated apartment located just 5 minutes from the sea. Villa Bougainvillea

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Villa Thalassa - holidays at the beach of Kalamaki

The Villa Thalassa is only a few meters from the beach of Kalamaki and can accommodate up to 6 people. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and a veranda, it is ideal for families, small groups, or 2 couples. The villa is on the right side of the village on an unused path that guarantees a quiet atmosphere, yet within walking distance of the mini-market, cafes, and taverns, and only a short drive from the archaeological sites such as Phaistos and Komos.

Ανεξάρτητο Studio με πατάρι, το διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στον ισόγειο χώρο και τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια σε πατάρι, μπάνιο, κουζίνα, άνετη αυλή μπροστά στη θάλασσα και στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται δίπλα στην ταβέρνα Αύρα και είναι πολύ εύκολο να το εντοπίσετε. Πλεονέκτημα του σπιτιού, βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα.
