Our Property sits in the heart of Kalamazoo, steps from restaurants, breweries, concert venues, and the State Theatre. It’s also next to the Stryker WMU Medical School, Bronson Hospital, and the AMC theater - no Uber needed. *The property itself and the unit has undergone major renovations, including updated full bathroom, refreshed furniture, and improvements based on five years of guest feedback, completed in November 2025. Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Beautiful Historic Home

Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. New queen beds and linens await. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook, or drinks on the front porch swing. TV is equipped with Roku. Here, cleanliness is guaranteed and the shower is always hot!
