Ταβερνάκια, καφετέριες, σημεία ψυχαγωγίας μικρών και μεγάλων σε κοντινή απόσταση χωρίς να ενοχλούν τη διαμονή σας.

Kalliopi Beach house

Ιδανικό κατάλυμα για 4 άτομα στην πανέμορφη Λήμνο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Καλλιόπη, πολύ κοντά στην εκκλησία του Αγίου Γεωργίου, απέχει μόλις 2 χιλιόμετρα από την παραλία Κέρος η οποία είναι ιδανική για τους λάτρεις του wind και kite surfing. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκεται η φυσική Αλυκή, η Χορταρόλιμνη (περιοχή Natura). Εντός του χωριού της Καλλιόπης σε μικρή απόσταση, βρίσκονται: mini market, μαγαζί για souvenir, πρωινό και καφέ, ταβέρνα και κατάστημα ενοικίασης ποδηλάτων.

Το Δωματιο έχει θεα στην πόλη. Τα διαμερίσματα CAVO βρίσκονται στο ωραιότερο σημείο της Λήμνου, στον κεντρικό παραλιακό δρόμο της Μύρινας, στον Ρωμέικο Γυαλό. Με θέα το Άγιο Όρος και την πιο δημοφιλή παραλία μπροστά σας η διαμονή σας είναι βέβαιο πως θα εξελιχτεί σε απόλαυση! Εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, η αγορά με τα εμπορικά καταστήματα βρίσκονται λίγα μόλις δευτερόλεπτα από τα διαμερίσματα. .Η είσοδος για τα δωμάτια βρίσκεται σε πεζόδρομο,πάρκινγκ στη γύρω περιοχή

ΠΑΡΑΚΤΙΟ ΣΠΙΤΙ

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον παραθαλάσσιο οικισμό Άγιος Γιάννης της Λήμνου. Πρόκειται για σπίτι περίπου 40 τ.μ., που αποτελείται από σαλονοκουζίνα, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο και απέχει λίγα μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, beach bars, και ταβέρνες. Διατίθενται ηλεκτρικές συσκευές (πιστολάκι, σίδερο, τοστιέρα, βραστήρας και air condition). Η πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, Μύρινα, απέχει περίπου δεκαπέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.

This two-storey stone house offers a cozy stay with a ground-floor living room and kitchen, and an upper floor with two bedrooms divided by a wooden wall. One has a single bed, the other a double and a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a balcony upstairs and a spacious yard below. Important: From Jan 2024, Greece requires a “Climate Resilience Fee” for all short-term rentals, set at €8 per night.
