There’s one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa in the living room that can be converted into a bed. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and a small living area with wood-burning stove. Outside is a large wooden terrace (130 m²), a wood-fired hot tub for winter stays – and from week 42 in 2025, a private sauna. Quiet location.

We love our magical wooden cottage paradise, on the “island” of Reersø. The house is built from beautiful exposed timber, and is situated overlooking a marine nature reserve hosting thousands of birds including sea eagles. To the other side of the island, just five minutes walk, is a beautiful sandy beach. The huge open-plan living space is a great place to entertain or simply to soak up the peace. And the house is also child and dog-proof, for our own family!

This house is perfect for people who likes the nature. The house was build in 2021 with respect for the nature. When your outside, you can enjoy the big terrace with electric heated hot tub. You can cook over open fire at the end of the garden. You can play games and relax - all in privacy because the surrounding trees. Because of the big windows you can also enjoy the nature, when you’re inside. And our loving house is just 300 meters from the water.

Naturskønt familiesommerhus

Vi er to familier der udlejer vores dejlige sommerresidens i Veddinge Bakker. Residensen består af to separate huse som vores oldemor byggede. Husene er løbende blevet renoveret og fremstår indbydende og familievenlige. Der er 800 meter til havet og skøn udsigt udover vandet og landskabet er særegent smukt. Området blev kendt i sommeren 2022 da Tour de France gennemførte en etape i det kuperede landskab, der kendetegner Veddinge Bakker og omgivelserne.

På det idylliske Røsnæs i et kuperet terræn ligger dette skønne sommerhus på 92 kvm bygget i 2006. I haven findes brænde fyret vildmarksbad. Huset har kun 2 naboer og der er en lille skov tæt ved. Omgivelser: Der er mange muligheder for vandre- og cykelture. Gode fiskemuligheder ved stranden. Afstand til strand med badebro 300 meter. Røsnæs havn har en god sandstrand og badeanstalt ca. 3-4 km. Golfbane 1500 m.
