Unique to this Maui Banyan studio condo is a washer/dryer - it is the only studio in Maui Banyan that has one. Pool and BBQ in front of unit.

NOTE: The Kihei Kai Nani resort has been zoned as a Hotel / Business Resort since it was built in the 70's. It is not one of the resorts being targeted by current legislation to curb Short Term Rentals on Maui.
