Nestled in a beautiful traditional village , it is a short walk from wonderful tavernas and some lovely local shops. The beach at Almyrida is only a 5 minute drive. And beautiful Chania is 30 minutes away !

Villa Amaranthus is a contemporary and elegantly decorated villa of 4 bedrooms with amazing entertaining facilities such as a private mini golf course, a hot tub and a big pool. The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

The villa enjoys a unique rural location. Set on a spacious private plot, fully enclosed by a stone wall and metal fencing. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! In 2026 there will be two more villas in the area but without obstructing the marvelous rural views. Around April new photos of the area will be available to be uploaded.

The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

There are 2 taverns and a mini market in the village; for more choices you must drive to Plaka, 4.5km away. The villa has a big open plan area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a wc. There are 3 pergolas, a bbq and a huge, infinity, heated pool with a children's area.

The second-floor balcony of your two-level villa offers a breathtaking view of Souda Bay. When you're not admiring the scenery, you can lounge at the pool deck, take a dip in the pool, or unwind in your private hot tub in front of the bedroom. Make sure to take a look at the pool deck lounge area equipped with a TV and fire table. You will be our only guests. The price includes the Climate Resilience Levy, which some places charge separately.
