The house is located in the port of Evdilos, just a few steps from the central square of the village. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The house has a total area of 46 sq.m. and includes a kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, while the other has a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

Είναι κοντά σε ταβέρνες, φούρνο, μπαρ, μίνι μάρκετ, με άνετο πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο και βρίσκεται 5 χιλιόμετρα μόλις από το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου. Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο και διαθέτει μεγάλο σαλόνι με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι, μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα, καθώς και σοφίτα με διπλά κρεβάτια. Επίσης, το σπίτι διαθέτει ευρύχωρη αυλή και μπαλκόνι με θέα στο Ικάριο πέλαγος για υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες.
