Located just a 10-minute walk from the center of Chios town, you’ll have easy access to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and parking , ensuring a convenient stay.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Έχουμε σχεδιάσει και προβλέψει με αγάπη την κάθε λεπτομέρεια ώστε η διαμονή σας στο γραφικό λιμανάκι του Παντουκιός στη Χίο να μείνει αξέχαστη! Είναι ένα διαμέρισμα πάνω στη θάλασσα με αυτόνομη βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα. Ακόμη υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αυτόνομης άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε!

Πρόκειται για μια μονοκατοικία 90τ.μ, με 3 υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα-καθιστικό και WC με μπανιέρα. Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Δασκαλόπετρας, 150μ. από την ομώνυμη παραλία και το λιμανάκι. Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να βρει στην περιοχή ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, μίνι μάρκετ κ.α. Σε 150 περίπου μέτρα νοτιότερα βρίσκεται η οργανωμένη παραλία "Όρμος Λω". Στην ευρύτερη περιοχή υπάρχει η Πέτρα του Ομήρου (όπου η παράδοση αναφέρει ότι δίδασκε ο Όμηρος) καθώς και το Ιερό της Θεάς Κυβέλης.

It is a floor appartment in Chios Harbour waterfront, exactly at the point of approaching ships from Piraeus and the Turkey. It is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The House is newly renovated and furnished with 5 single beds and a sofa, a desk, wardrobes, electric cooker and microwave, washing machine, etc. It has a terrace at the side of waterfront, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the harbor.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests
