Dåfjord Lodge & Ocean sauna

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

Lovely cottage in Svensby, Lyngen. Beautiful location 10 m from the sea, in the middle of the Lyngen Alps. Only 90 minutes drive from Tromsø, including a short ferry trip. Northern lights wintertimes, midnight sun summertimes. Spectacular hiking tours all year. This cabin is located at Vannøya, 70 km from Tromsø. If you want to visit this great place, you have to take the ferry from Hansnes to Skåningsbukt. The cabin contains a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a living room. You will be surrounded by beautiful mountains and the sea. If the northen light shows up, you will be at the right place, no "light pollution". This place offers nature experiences.
