Με τα αρχοντικά, ένα εκ των οποίων στεγάζει το Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο, τις παραλίες, τα εστιατόρια, τα μπαράκια. Απέχει μόλις 30 μ. από τη θάλασσα και 150 - 200 μ. από τις αμμώδεις παραλίες του Μονόπετρου και των Ρηχών Νερών. Στην άλλη μεριά του κάστρου το λιμάνι με τις ταβέρνες και τα παλιά καφενεία.
