This house offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths,with 2 additional sleeper chairs and a futon,work space is also offered in the loft, a bbq on the front porch to grill up your freshly caught salmon, also Freezer access. This is a non-smoking , non vaping , NO party’s allowed. No pets allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am Starlink internet

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. The cabin has large windows, heated tile floors downstairs with Lifetime floors in upper bedrooms. There are black-out blinds for privacy and sleeping. Kitchen has all the essentials. Bathroom has shower/bath combo with washer/dryer for your use. Cabin is within 5 min. to beach & Kasilof River access for great salmon fishing and 25 minutes to Kenai River for world class salmon fishing.

If you’re in need of fuel, supplies, food, etc. it’s about as close as you can get to the gas station, store, and cafe.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
