Swan House (To Σπίτι του Κύκνου) is a lovingly restored 200-year-old village home in Karavas. Each apartment offers modern comfort while maintaining its traditional charm. Lemonokipos Taverna and Karavas Bakery are walking distance from the house. Πίσω πηγάδι – Μυλοπόταμος Πρόκειται για μια θολωτή κατασκευή, η οποία βρίσκεται στα σοκάκια του παραδοσιακού οικισμού Πίσω Πηγάδι. Με πολύ μεράκι και αγάπη το ανακαινίσαμε, και το εξοπλίσαμε πλήρως, ώστε οι επισκέπτες να έχουν μια θαυμάσια εμπειρία, καθώς και μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η οικία είναι 70 τ.μ διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο ένα μπάνιο και ένα μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο, που βρίσκονται η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι. Διαθέτει εσωτερική σκάλα, η οποία οδηγεί στην ταράτσα, όπου η θέα φτάνει μέχρι την θάλασσα.

A traditional Kythirian cottage, in the tranquil, quietly crumbling old town of Kato Chora, accessed by a short cobbled path (no cars, but parking at 20m), 2 minutes walk from a Venetian castle, with spectacular views from the roof terrace, and 10 minutes drive from the sea. Our home has been lovingly restored to retain its original character, built around stone arches, with a large bedroom and living/dining room. The kitchen and shower are modern and the bed is new, but the place is timeless

Τα Evelin Apartments βρίσκονται μόλις λίγα μέτρα από το γραφικό λιμανάκι της Ελαφονήσου, στην παραλία του Κοντογωνίου. Είναι ένα όμορφο και νεόκτιστο κτίριο και έχει κατασκευασθεί με αγάπη για το νησί και το περιβάλλον, ενώ οι ιδιοκτήτες του έχουν δώσει σημασία στην ποιότητα και στην παράδοση, διατηρώντας ένα καθαρά νησιώτικο στυλ. Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να περάσει ήσυχες και μοναδικές διακοπές σε ένα πανέμορφο τόπο. Η αμμουδιά απέχει μόλις 10 μέτρα από το κατάλυμα.
