The Prayer Cabin

The Prayer Cabin is located at Lake Red Rock outside of Pella, IA. The cabin Is an Earthen/Berm home located on a 1 acre lot in a quiet & clean neighborhood. The lot boasts a wooded valley with many birds and squirrels to watch. The Prayer Cabin was recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Our first guests asked us if Chip and Joanna were the creators of the design. 💚 Navy Blue cabinets, Tons of white shiplap and open shelving. Peaceful. A place of respite and relaxation.

Yurt Glamping on a Magical Goat Farm

Located on a beautiful homestead in the 'Bohemie Alps.' Walk up the hill to our 24' yurt, set with beautiful views overlooking the farm and Iowa countryside. Furnished with 2 full/queen beds, pull out couch, clean linens and towels. Set up with electricity and temp control. A true glamping experience in the heartland. Visit with llamas, goats, pigs, horses and hike around the property or stay in for a quiet stay with a good book and enjoy all the sights and sounds. Lots of extra 'add ons'

The Henhouse Retreat is a beautifully restored 2 bedroom home converted from an original henhouse on our property. With breathtaking country views out every window you are sure to find this country retreat relaxing and enjoyable with many things to do close by like fishing, hiking, and a bike trail. Cute little towns to explore or cuddle up with a book & enjoy relaxation that comes with a deep breath in the country. Come as a family, some couples, or a little getaway, this home sleeps 7.

Newly Remodeled Home with Walk-In Shower

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.

Located just steps away from the Iowa State Fairgrounds, this cozy bungalow will make you feel right at home. Whether you're here for one of the many events at the Fairgrounds or just visiting Des Moines, this house has just what you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The house is located on a 4-lane, main city street so please be aware if you are sensitive to noise. However, majority of guests don't notice any noise disturbances.

Come experience small town living in the heart of downtown Grinnell. In 2017, I completed the historical renovation of this 100 year old gem that was vacant for a few years. You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, Grin-City Bakery, grocery stores and many restaurants.

We are less than 30 minutes from Des Moines, Altoona, Ames, Marshalltown, Ankeny, and Newton. On site washer/dryer, close to several grocery/convenience stores, drive way parking, fully equipped kitchen, and about a 1/4 of a mile from the Heart of Iowa Trail. Access to 24/7 community fitness center.

Our awesome 60's Inspired studio has a mid-century vintage vibe! A quick walk to explore the unique city of Pella. Including the city park, historical buildings, restaurants, bakeries, meat markets, stores, Central College, movie theater and much more to explore. This is a second story walk-up; you will have a flight of steps to enter and exit. Private entrance and parking in driveway.

Close to the college, restaurants, etc. Full kitchen, heated tile floor in the bathroom, laundry, WIFI, & television with a Fire stick. Experience the charm of city living in a small town. This is our Premier loft which has two queen beds, a futon and a comfy leather couch.
