Villa Saunatonttu

Aamu Saunatontussa alkaa järven pinnalta nousevaan usvaan. Saatat kuulla läheisen kosken kuohuntaa. Päivän voit viettää veneellä kalastaen, kanootilla lähialuetta tutkien tai laiturilla auringosta nauttien. Kesällä Lapin taika näyttäytyy yöttömissä öissä. Aurinko viipyy horisontissa läpi yön ja järven pinta hehkuu kultaisena. Syksyn saapuessa pimeät illat tuovat mukanaan mahdollisuuden ihailla revontulia suoraan rannasta. Rantasaunan pehmeät löylyt ja virkistävä uinti kruunaa päivän. 🌲🔥🌅✨

Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Lämminhenkinen mökki Kitkajärven rannalla kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Hanasta tulee puhdas lähdevesi. Puilla lämmitettävä sauna. Oma ranta (80 m. mökiltä) soutuveneellä varustettu sähköperämoottori. Kylpytynnyri, lakanat ja pyyhkeet sopimuksen mukaan (lisämaksu). Lumikengät ja lasten pulkat saa käyttää. Lähellä sijaitsevat: esim hiihtokeskus Ruka mökiltä 19 km (noin 20 min automatka) , kansallispuisto Riisitunturi 18 km (noin 15 min automatka), myös Valtavaara, Konttainen, Karhunkierros lähellä.

Lake share is shallow and suitable also for children. Electric lighting and heating. Outdoor Sauna by wooden stove. Hot and cold water (drinkable) from tap. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Villa Luppopirtti is a traditional Finnish log cabin in the middle of peaceful woods and close to the Kitinen river. It’s a perfect hideaway for a couple or a family with two to three kids. Juhannusniemi

Kemijärveltä 30 km kaakkoon. Useamman rakennuksen laadukas kokonaisuus upealla paikalla oman niemen (1 ha) nokassa järvimaiseman ympäröimänä. Rakennettu v.1916, remontoitu 1988. Lapsille sopiva matala hiekkaranta. Hyvät kalastusmahdollisuudet Kemijärvessä. Nelitahtiperämoottori (4 hv) vuokrattavana, Suomun latuverkosto 2 km, laskettelurinteet ja muut palvelut 6 km. Lähimmät lentokentät Kuusamo n.110 km ja Rovaniemi n. 115 km päässä. Rantasauna käytössä 1.6.-30.9.
