(The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. This 1830s large townhouse in the heart of Brighton is the place to stay! Spread over 4 floors there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a sea view. 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen diner with room to lounge, TV room with Netflix and Sky and a south facing patio. This house can sleep up to 8 with a small sofa bed in the lounge. We can also provide a cot bed and highchair. You have the use of a washing machine and many home comforts. Great location with everything in walking distance. Towels and linen included.

The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.

The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.
