Riverside Heritage Homestay, Kochi

Mylanthra House is approved and licensed as DIAMOND GRADE since 2005 by the Kerala Tourism department. It is an 85-year-old traditional Bungalow located in Kochi at the bank of Vembanad Lake. This Diamond-graded homestay is built of Plinthite blocks and plastered with lime. Its roofs and floors are covered with old clay tiles & have a wooden ceiling all over. This traditional construction keeps the bungalow cool. The Homestay has 3 Bedrooms. 1 in Heritage Bungalow & 2 in Riverfacing Cottage.

The lounge can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests, while the large dining area is furnished with a 12-seat dining table. The villa’s peaceful ambiance is enhanced by a natural pond suitable for fishing and streams that flow along both sides of the property, making it a perfect escape for relaxation.
