Honeysuckle Lodge, lovely rolling hill views

Very private Unique 4 bedroom house overlooking rolling hills. Sleeps 10, only 20 minutes drive from Limerick city and 10 min from the picturesque twin towns of Killaloe and Ballina. 2 double bedrooms, 1 queen with bunkbeds and unsuite and one double with unsuite. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room and two sitting rooms, two-sided fireplace and a study table. This little wooden house in the middle of the Clare Mountains is the perfect getaway for one or two nature loving people. You are surrounded by peace and tranquillity, beautiful hiking routes and the beautiful medieval town of Killaloe on the shores of the Shannon and Lough is nearby. Inside this private hideout there is one bedroom and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a kettle, a mini fridge, a microwave and plates, cups and cutlery for preparing easy and basic meals.

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Killaloe also serves as a base for exploring Nenagh, Limerick and Galway.
