Charming 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Countryside Retreat in New Kent Escape to the serene beauty of New Kent in this newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat, nestled among rolling ranches, farms, and scenic country roads. Perfectly positioned near award-winning wineries, stunning wedding venues, and championship golf courses, this cozy getaway offers everything you need for a peaceful and luxurious stay. The bedrooms consist of 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a basement with a queen sleeper sofa.

Treehouse in the woods w/AC & heat (bath at house)

Cozy "treehouse" cabin with AC and heat tucked in the woods, with bridge for easy entry. Large windows overlook stream. Site has picnic table and fire ring. Full-size Purple mattress in loft. 80 Mb WiFi, 4KTV. Outdoor hot tub on the deck of our home and outdoor sauna are open 24/7. Trails are closed at treehouse, but many trails available nearby. Fridge, microwave, Keurig. No bathroom at treehouse, but guests have exclusive use of our guest bathroom in our main house anytime - just a short walk.

Located near Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown, Busch Gardens and Water Country, the Virginia Capitol Trail and 5,217 acre wildlife refuge.

Situated on an almost 3 acre point on the Diascund Reservoir this is THE perfect spot to get away from it all & still be in the middle of everything! Options abound - fishing from the dock, bird watching, canoeing, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, swinging in the hammocks, napping on the screened in porch, grilling on the patio, reading in the loft, playing games (inside & out), or just chill & feel the vibe.

Enjoy a tiny house on a lot of land! Inside the home, you’ll have a king bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, and comfy living space. Outside, a short walk on our private trail that winds through 6 acres of woods brings you to our dock on the Rappahannock River. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”).
