Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

Lakeview Cottage is adorable and located on one of Vermont's cleanest and most beautiful lakes, Crystal Lake! It's in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, in the charming town of Barton. Sit around the outdoor firepit and soak in the view! You're just steps away from beaches and a dock. You'll find great swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking. Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!

Burke SugarShack - Three Bedrooms - Sleeps Six!

Enjoy all that East Burke & Kingdom Trails has to offer. Secluded near the end of a dead end street. KT has built the new "Sugar Shack" trail on our property to access Last Call which links to Bottoms Up and empties you right at Mike's Tiki Bar. Proudly one of the almost 70 Kingdom Trails landowners! 3 bedrooms with 4 beds & sleeps 6. (NOTE: NO MORE THAN SIX GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY!) Secure SugarShack out back for all of your gear. Private deck and firepit area too!

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

The Kirby Hideaway

Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.

Heart of East Burke - beautiful in town farmhouse

Location, location, location. Do you want to truly experience the buzz of East Burke, VT? As one of the iconic buildings in the village, this 1850s house has been beautifully restored and furnished with all the amenities for you and your family to maximize your stay. The home is steps to the bike shop, ice cream, gas station, the Kingdom Trails office and Mike's Tiki Bar. 1.6 miles to base of Burke Mtn and BMA. A perfect getaway you won't forget.

Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. There is some summer siding work going on, the crew is very good but be aware work commencing. Enjoy your stay!!

Razzle's Cabin trailside

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
