Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Situated 1 mile from the village of High Bickington along a quiet country lane, it is ideal for walking, cycling and beach holidays. With only the birds to wake you, The Little Barn is a tranquil escape to enjoy. It is located between Dartmoor and Exmoor and a 30 minute drive to the beautiful Devon beaches of Saunton Sands, Westward Ho!, Woolacombe and Croyde Bay. There are miles of Tarka Trail to walk and cycle along.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Valle Vue is a quite rural warm cosy place, on the end of the bungalow with is own private entrance, private off road parking right outside, A King sized bed with adjoining en-suite, & a separate WC. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.
