Hideaway on the bay

Updated cabin with 100 feet of waterfront. Great swimming, a dock, shared kayaks, and shared kids play set. Perfect family getaway. Great for fisherman, ice fishing, or a peaceful couples get away. The cabin is on a shore well and the water is not drinkable. Guests will need to bring bottled water. I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp as the depth, current, and pressure there cause instability in ice accumulation. Guests can access the ice from long point state park 1.5m away

Waupoos Island View Cottages - The Ethan

The cottage is fully equipped with a kitchenette, including fridge, countertop convection oven and microwave. The stove does not work. Dishes, pots and pans as well as utensils. We stock the cottage with basic towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and kitchen towels. Barbeque and picnic table for eating by the water. Bring your own beach chairs, beach towels & water shoes. Enjoy your personal dock for leisure, swimming, fishing.....etc End your evening with a fire at your own fire pit.

The cabin sits on the edge of a scenic wooded area on our 40 acre property. Our location features a beautiful waterfall, wooded trails and a spectacular starry sky. The property is situated between Kingston and Belleville, 15 minutes north of Napanee. Nearby are wineries, hiking trails and the Sandbanks.

The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest! The cabin is located at the rear of our 20-acre property with trails and wildlife to explore. ***Please note that you will have to walk approximately 200 metres to the cabin from cabin.

No running water after Nov. 15 for the winter. Bring reusable cups, plates and cutlery for easy clean ups. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cabin. Located on the quiet part of Sand Lake (Rideau system) Property has two bedrooms in the main cabin and a Bunkie for summer use for an additional cost. Beautiful views, with great fishing, swimming and hiking. Jump in a kayak or canoe. No wifi. Talk to each other! Leashed pets only! Outhouse for use on property.
