Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική).
