This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. Detached Kirkland Carriage House

Our converted detached garage has loft-like details like a metal ceiling, chalk paint and plywood walls. It is on Crestwoods park, the Forbes Creek stairs, the cross Kirkland corridor, and downtown Kirkland and downtown Juanita ( a little over a mile - long walk or short uber ride). The little house has a kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, sink, and induction burner and pots and pans.
