The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

Treat yourself to a lux beach escape! With private entry, tucked above the dunes on Bungan Beach, nap to the sound of the waves, enjoy sunrise from bed, and sip wine by the outdoor firepit. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults). River Retreat

A beautiful, serene retreat where you don’t have to travel too far to get away from it all. Entry to the stunning Royal National Park trails or the Port Hacking River for swimming, fishing or kayaking is aprox. a 10min walk. 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chip shop, convenience shop and liquor store. Please be aware: there are 2 levels of external stairs down to the studio.
