Under new ownership and recently updated, spacious 1BR located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth in one of the original historic buildings. Walk to all Portsmouth has to offer - restaurants, bars, Strawbery Banke and Prescott Park. Kitchen includes all customary amenities plus a Keurig coffee maker with assorted k-cups. Enjoy your coffee or morning treat at the pub table. King size SertaReact bed plus a pull out couch in the living room.

We offer a one bath cozy studio-efficiency apartment equipped with a kitchenette. It is only a 4-5 minute walk or a quicker bike ride to beautiful Wallis Sands State Beach. You can cook out on your grill or take a short drive to downtown Portsmouth.
