Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten von der Bergdoktor Praxis entfernt auf einem Hochplateau über dem Ort Ellmau mit einem einzigartigen Blick in den Wilden Kaiser. Im Winter bringt der Skibus (Haltestelle in 50m Entfernung) die Gäste in 5 Minuten zum Skigebiet Ellmau. Zurück geht's mit den Skiern bis zum Haus.
