Very unique with all modern amenities and can fit your family and your guests comfortably. Located right off highway 69 within 10 minutes driving distance to Denison Downtown and 25 minutes to Lake Texoma. At night the stars are bright and clear. Enjoy amazing sun rises and sunsets with a beautiful open deck and a balcony.

Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.
