It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

The studio has stunning views of the Holston Hills Country Club golf course, which is directly across from the house. The studio is ideal for a couples that would like to share a queen-size bed but can accommodate up to four people by pulling out the sofa into a double bed. The studio offers convenient check-in available for our guests with an app-assisted private entrance.

Forty-three inch Smart TV articulates for viewing from recliner or bed. Refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee, latte, teas and hot chocolate. There is a Mr. Coffee, microwave oven, toaster, coffee cups. You just might find blueberry muffins on your first morning. The 2nd bed is a rollaway w/ memory foam.
