Equipped with a new kitchenette (no oven or hobb), a pod coffee machine and basic continental breakfast supplies. Parking at the door and a lockbox for ease. This studio is attached to our home, although it's completely separate and you'll have complete privacy.

The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Yet you're only 15 minutes from the city of Whangarei with its cafes and restaurants, the world-famous Hundertwasser Museum, the Clapham Clock Museum and the fantastic range of boutique shops and food outlets at the Town Basin.

Day trips to nearby beaches are a must, particularly in the warmer months.

The Whangarei Town Basin, 15 minutes away, offers waterfront dining and the quirky Hundertwasser building—a must-see for art lovers!
