Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

"Spiti Elaionas" is a charming renovated stone house located at 300 meters from the golden sandy beach of Karfas. The house can lodge 4 adultes/4 kids maximum. Nestled on a hill planted of olive and wild pistachio-trees, it offers a splendid view to the sea and the Turkish coast (binoculars not to forget) . Quiet but not isolated ( shops and restaurants are 300 m. away). The house is simply decorated but with taste. Karfas is the best spot to visit Chios because of its central localisation.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην δυτική παραλία της Κώμης στην Νότια Χίο, απέχει μόλις 10 μέτρα από την θάλασσα σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης. Απέχει 24 χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Χίου και 16 χλμ. από το λιμάνι στων Μεστών. Ο επισκέπτης έχει σύντομη πρόσβαση στο Μουσείο μαστίχας (5 χλμ. ), στα Μαύρα Βόλια(4 χλμ.) μια από τις πιο σπάνιες παραλίες της Ελλάδας. Για το λόγο αυτό εσωτερικά έχει τη μορφή καστροχωρίου, κτισμένο επί Γενουατικής περιόδου. Το οίκημα στο οποίο σας καλούμαι να διαμείνεται ευρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού, μέσα σε γραφικά δρομάκια. Ο οικισμός με λίγους κατοίκους προσφέρει λόγω περίοπτης θέσης όπου ευρίσκεται την ευκαιρεία να γνωρίσεται πολλά άλλα μέρη πλησίον.

Traditional house in picturesque alleys of Kalamoti. Recently rebuilt and fully equipped, it uniquely combines the feeling of 14th century with the amenities of the 21st. It has two floors in the first of which you will find the dining room, living room, the kitchen and a bathroom whereas in the second you will find the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Finally a stone built ladder leads to the spacious terrace where you can dine and relax by the stunning view of the village.

It’s an ideal location for guests who enjoy a lively atmosphere; however, it may not be suitable for those seeking a quiet environment.
