Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. For guests who will not be renting a car, a pickup point for excursions is also conveniently located just around the corner. Fun fact, the house is designed by the locally re known architect Godjon Samuelsson, who also designed the church Hallgrímskirkja : )

In the lovely Vellir neighbourhood of Hafnarfjörður, the apartment is right next to grocery stores, a Hertz car rental, convenient bus connections, cozy coffee shops, and several of Iceland's iconic swimming pools. By car, central Hafnarfjörður is 5 minutes away, central Reykjavík is 15 minutes away, and both Keflavík Airport and the Blue Lagoon are just 30 minutes away.

Downtown Reykjavik is only 8-10 minutes away by car.

Luxurious 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Reykjavík, right next to pretty much everything downtown. Only a short walk to all the best cafe's and restaurants, libraries, museums and shops. The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life.

The apartment is in quiet and a well grown neighborhood. It is located in our home and it share a common entrance. Free car parking. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
