Wohnen in einem frisch sanierten Ladengeschäft! Kleines Apartment im angesagten Neuköllner Kiez. Nur wenige Minuten vom U+S-Bahnhof Neukölln und U-Bahnhof Herrmannstrasse. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (200x90cm), einem Wohnbereich mit Essplatz und Couch, die zu einem bequemen Doppelbett(200x180cm) ausgeklappt werden kann. Ein 32-Zoll TV sowie einen 50Mbit WLAN/LAN Anschluss. Eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Kochstelle , sowie ein Bad mit Dusche ist ebenso vorhanden.

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

Unser Arbeitsstudio hat als Gesamtfläche ca. 50 m2, plus Terrasse, ein Bad, eine Küche und ein Bett, 140x200 cm. Der Blick geht im 5. Stockwerk auf ein grünes Meer an Bäumen. Es gibt aber keinen Fahrstuhl! Im Umkreis gibt es eine Vielfalt an Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. In 5 Minuten geht man zum Tempelhofer Feld, dem ehemaligen Berliner Flughafen. Mit der U8 kommt man in 15 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz, mit der S-Ringbahn in 20 Minuten nach Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf und Charlottenburg.
