Kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe, svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu, u dnevnom boravku se može smjestiti još 1 osoba. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim aparatima a na terasi uz bazen je i vanjska kuhinja sa krušnom peći i roštiljem. U dvorištu je bazen 8x5m i jos jedan objekt u kojemu je sauna i još jedna kupaonica.

Prekrasan Rovinj, najviše fotografiran grad na Jadranu, udaljen je cca 25 km. Kuća se sastoji od dva potpuno opremljena apartmana koji se prostiru na dva sprata.
