Our cosy house is built according to Greek Cycladic architecture. Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea (about 300m) and the close proximity to the vivid center/port of Parikia(4km away) which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks. The house can accomodate up to 5 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors, while watching the ships passing silently across the blue Aegean Sea. It is undeniably the perfect choice for families or small group of friends!

Ground-floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

Exochi 2 - Traditional house with sea view rooftop

Built according to the traditional cycladic architecture and equipped with all modern amenities, the house is ideal for couples and families with one or two children. It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo. It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

Villa Haritomeni, 1

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Ermioni's Apartment - Paroikia, Paros

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.

The Studio is part of the complex Aperado Paros (Krotiri, Parikia) that consists of three houses and three studios. The studio has a view to the resort's swimming pool and the sea. It is named by the island of "Mykonos". A car or scooter/quad is absolutely necessary! The complex is close to the beach (Marchello beach), restaurants (Parikia), and nightlife.
