01 - Pithundi Jungle Lodge in Himalayan wilderness

Pithundi Jungle Lodge is accommodated in a restored and modified old building cluster with several rooms originally built for a mixed use of a residence, a shop and livestock shelter. The Lodge project is a small initiative at revival of the premises located in once a busy settlement with a few shops in a remote countryside of the 'Raath' region of Paudi Gadhwal. It now wears the look of a sleepy tiny hamlet with a few houses, some lying vacant because of emigration of the local folks.

Located in a small village called Jalna (Almora) away from the hustle-bustle of the city, Sukoon Homestay, a One bedroom Kumaoni cottage is all that you need to let yourself go.
