Located in a quiet grove, our home has a modern open plan living area which flows out to a large outdoor living area, featuring a private back yard with all day sun. Within walking distance there is a large lakefront reserve, cafe, tennis courts, kids playground and bush walks to explore. The supermarket is a 15 minute drive, general store 3 minute drive and 2 boat ramps just a minute away. Perfect base for Whakapapa ski field, Tongariro crossing and various mountain biking or walking tracks.

Bedroom with a queen bed, cosy lounge with TV and fold out couch for extra guests if required. Also two cubby beds suitable for children up to 140cm tall. Flued gas heater keeps the place nice and toasty in the winter months. WiFi included.
