This quaint and cozy remodeled one bedroom apartment has all the amenities you to need chill out at the beach. A perfect weekend getaway where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the peaceful back patio, relax then take a short 7 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. There's an outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, washer/dryer, and a sleep number mattress to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Welcome to The Crabby Pad #2 at Carolina Beach. This freshly renovated, cozy beach pad is perfect for relaxing and enjoying all this area has to offer. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Tons of shopping, excellent restaurants, and bars within a short drive or walk from the Crabby Pad, This upper unit has a large front deck to relax and barbeque. Also golf carts are available to rent. The golfcarts are 75.00 per day/350.00 per week. We do allow up to 2 dogs @ a fee of $65 per dog.

A great place to let kids enjoy the outdoors and give parents a relaxing spot to unwind.
