Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki. Umbes 700m kaugusel, asub Saare Golfi 18- rajaga golfiväljak, kus asub ka suurpäraste maitsete pakkuja ja kõrgelt hinnatud restoran Figo. Kesklinna jalutab meie juurest vaid 20 minutiga.

Korter on renoveeritud täielikult 2019 aastal, 2024 värskendasime värvi seintel ning lisasime köögikapid koos kraanikausiga et oleks veelgi mugavam. Kööginurgas on veekeetja ja väike induktsioonpliit. Aias on ka kena nurgake kus sumedatel suveõhtutel istuda.
