Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

Με βαση την τοποθεσία αυτή μπορεί να κανείς να γνωρίσει όλη την νοτιοδυτική Πελοπόννησο και να εξερευνήσει όλα τα αξιόθετα της περιοχής όπως (αρχαιολογικοί χώροι, φυσιολατρικά τοπία, παραλίες). 30 λέπτα από την Αρχαία Ολυμπία και Επικούριο Απόλλωνα, 20 λέπτα από τους καταρράκτες της Νεδα.

Beach Retreat

We are renting our lovely beach house. It is in an idyllic location, only 200 metres from a beautiful beach and nestled in a hidden olive grove. It has a very friendly and welcoming feel and plenty of space to gather socially or have your own private corner. The house consists of kitchen, living room 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an outside shower and an outside bed. The house is only 1 km from the town of Kyparissia which can also be accessed on foot along the beach path.

Rodanthe's Guest House

Μόλις 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού της Στεμνίτσας, μέσα από ένα ονειρικό πέτρινο δρομάκι, βρίσκεται ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας Ροδάνθη. Η μονοκατοικία μας βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του χωριού, όπου θα βρείτε εστιατόρια, μαγαζιά και supermarket. Σε κοντινή απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο, θα βρείτε όμορφες παραλίες, καθώς και τη λίμνη του Καϊάφα. Επιπλέον, πολυ κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο βρίσκονται οι αρχαιολογικοί χώροι της αρχαίας Ολυμπίας και του Επικούριου Απόλλωνα. Η μονοκατοικία μας προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεστε για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.
