Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom house is 15-20min drive from Dodger Stadium. Built in the early 1940s, its decor is a nod to that era's timeless charm. Blackout drapes enhance the sleeping areas for a restful night's sleep. The beverage bar features ample cabinetry, an accent wall with backsplash, and unique open live edge shelves, crafted from the old avocado tree that once graced the patio. The patio has since been transformed with outdoor furniture, making it perfect for leisurely moments outdoors.

Featuring a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area (with a connecting door to the bedroom that can be locked) with a sofa bed, dining table, fridge, toaster and microwave. The guest suite opens up to a covered patio and the shared back yard. Please note: this is a family home so there can be noise from upstairs; and the bathroom ceiling is low so this may not be suitable for taller guests!
