Il mio alloggio appena ristrutturato è il luogo perfetto per le coppie che vogliono trascorrere una piacevole vacanza al mare, non rinunciando al comfort. Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.

The villa is located in a quiet street in San Teodoro a few minutes from the beach (8 minutes on foot) and the center with access to all services. The house is on one level and has large outdoor areas equipped.The house is developed on one level with large open spaces.

The house is 5 minutes from Isuledda beach, 15 minutes. from the Cinta, and 7 min. from downtown San Teodoro where restaurants, shops and boutiques are located.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
