MAGIC PLACE IN BARCELONA WITH POOL at 25 minutes from downtown, by public funicular and underground or 4 km by car. Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. A solo 30 minutos en tren del centro de Barcelona, combina calma, senderismo y buena conexión con la ciudad. Ideal para escapada romántica, descansar y disfrutar del entorno. Tenemos una perrita, preciosa teckel, llamada Nyla. No habrá ninguna interacción contigo, salvo que la quieras conocer. Si te asustan los perros, dímelo y me aseguraré de que Nyla no vaya a molestarte.

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

Rural 25 min to the beach and BCN center

Up on a little hill, guest house of a 500 years traditional house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Air conditioning. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Alternatively, the ​city center is 20 minutes by car. Beach is 25 minutes by car.Car recommended. Nature, peaceful, beautiful sunsets.

Está formado por un espacio de 33 mts 2 con cocina integrada al salón , vestidor y baño. Posee también un dormitorio doble al cual se sube por escalera interior, y que brinda acceso a una terraza de 25 mt 2 con vistas a la montaña. Una luz natural que ilumina todo el piso

The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
