Conveniently located in an urban area, our studio is within walking distance of the LA Coliseum, USC, BMO stadium, and the metro station ( Expo/USC station.) Just a 15-minute drive to Crypto AKA Staples Center and LA Live. Downtown LA is easily accessible in 5-15 minutes, with the Arts District, Chinatown, and Korea Town all within a short distance. Angelenos often use Uber or Lyft for transportation, or you can utilize public transportation. We offer one free parking space on the premises.

Everyone has called this place a "tree house" because of the birds eye view of the hills in the heights of the tree tops and if you keep the doors open you get a great breeze. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the backside of Universal Studios Theme park. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.
