Private Pasadena/Deer Park Home on Quiet Street

This is a very welcoming and very private Pasadena/ Deer Park home. Only you and your guests will reside on the property and no one else. It has a self check- in key code so late night check ins are ok. It has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. Grandma’s getaway cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
