Just 100 meters (less than a 2min walk!) is the beach, where you can enjoy La Union's gorgeous sunsets. A favorite of ours is the solihiya kitchen cart gifted by our neighbors at Irugi Coffee(try the press-o-tonic!). Every morning here you wake to sunlight & a view of our namesake, a beautiful 30 ft. sampalok tree.

Centrally located, our place is a one-minute walk to the surfing area/beach and surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and bars. 'Flotsam' is a 3-minute walk, San Juan Surf Resort a 2-minute walk--most restaurants (El Union Coffee, Great Northwest and more) and shops are between these two locations.

It's a simple accommodation for those who are on a getaway and on a budget. As we are re-opening after the pandemic, we opted to install some upgrade to provide extra comfort during your stay.
