The Bunkhouse

Here in Spanish Peaks Country you are 1 hour from the Great Sand Dunes, 2 hours from Taos and Red River New Mexico. Easy access to Cuchara and Stonewall via Highway 12 .

The Koselig Condo

Koselig"(Norwegian) = Cozy (English). Sitting at the base of the Cuchara Mountain Park with hiking, skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing outside the door. Enjoy cool mountain air after a day of hiking or a warm fire after a day of playing in the snow. Walk to the nearby Mercantile for breakfast/lunch or drive into the nearby towns of Cuchara or La Veta for dinner. A comfortable retreat for those seeking time in the wilderness. The Orchard Garden Cottage

Experience the charm of La Veta, Colorado, at The Orchard Garden Cottage. Nestled between two historic brownstone buildings, this cozy space offers a large semi-private outdoor garden for guests to enjoy. Just steps from Main Street, you’ll find quaint shops, unique restaurants, and all that La Veta has to offer. The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

Great studio apartment. Beautiful views with country living, quiet and peaceful, 1.5 miles to town. Owners on site, friendly but private, no contact unless initiated by you. Walk the neighborhood and enjoy the views in every direction. Can accommodate 2 adults and one child comfortably. The queen bed is a very comfortable Murphy Bed. The apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM. Enjoy the starry nights, & beautiful cool mountain days. Designated parking area.

La Veta House

Updated, sunny, two bedroom house in beautiful La Veta, Colorado. You are a short two block walk from local shops like Charlies Market, and a 15 minute drive to the town of Cuchara. Large open kitchen and living are with dining table and Roku TV. Master bedroom with King bed, love seat, dresser, closet, smart tv. Master bath with tub. Bedroom two has a full bed with an optional pull out twin trundle. Bathroom two can be accessed by second bedroom or main living space and has a shower.

The Mainstay

Pleasant and comfy 2-bedroom 2-bath home in quiet neighborhood with off-street parking in the back, covered patio and completely fenced yard with new front gate. It is pet friendly and includes laundry facilities. Coffee shops, galleries, restaurants, brew pub nearby. 3 miles to Lathrop State Park for fishing, swimming, hiking, boating! Mountains nearby for 4-wheeling and hiking! Only 90 miles to The Great Sand Dunes and hot springs! Easy no-work check-out!
