Il s'agit d'une propriété moderne d'architecte construite en 2022 dans le charmant village de Baie-Johan-Beetz en Minganie. L'aire de vie à l'étage offre une vue splendide sur la plaine et le golfe Saint-Laurent. Cette maison complètement équipée vous permet de vous installer et d'explorer le vaste territoire de la Minganie. L'emplacement permet d'explorer à pied l'immensité de la plaine environnante, de parcourir le bord de mer sur les rochers et de cueillir de nombreux petits fruits en saison.

Come home for a rest in our oceanfront Newfoundland homestead located a stones throw from the harbours edge. The UNESCO Historical Viking Site and the Viking Norstead Port of Trade are just minutes away in Lanse Aux Meadows. Enjoy local food and maybe take a boat tour to view icebergs and whales if they are in the area. We welcome every person from every place to come make memories at our house. Unwind and enjoy a still summer morning as the sun rises and lights up the face of White Cape.

This home has 2 queen beds and 1 double bed, comfortably sleeping 6. The master bedroom has an ensuite and balcony to enjoy our large labrador days and evenings.
